The first SEAT IT Conference was held in June of 2007 in Scottsdale Arizona. 32 individuals representing 27 teams and venues had the opportunity to be on the ground floor of an evolutionary conference consortium for the IT professionals in the sports and entertainment industry. The Arizona Cardinals/University of Phoenix Stadium and the Phoenix Coyotes/Jobing.com Arena hosted the technology sessions, luncheons and events. The conference was a huge success proving a much needed forum for the industry to continue developing an opportunity for technology professionals to collaborate, network and share technology strategies.
