We are excited to announce that the 2012 conference is in the beautiful city of Boston, August 5 - 8.
The Steering Committee is diligently working on putting together an incredible conference program with more information coming soon. In addition to conference sessions, you will enjoy networking events and technology tours of Fenway Park and TD Boston Garden.
We have selected a boutique luxury hotel called The Liberty Hotel as the host hotel for the 2012 SEAT Conference.
Due to the uniqueness of the SEAT conference and our desire to create an intimate conference experience, the hotel guest rooms are VERY limited to 268 rooms and suites. Please note that the conference attendance will be limited to the capacity of the hotel. Register early...first come, first serve basis!
We are thrilled to offer you a unique conference experience in this incredibly historic hotel that was once the Charles Street Jail. The Liberty boasts an interesting backdrop for an intimate networking and conference event.

Included in your SEAT conference registration for $785 are the following: Sunday evening Exhibit Hall pass and networking event with orderves and beverages. Before the busy day of panel and collaboration sessions begin, each morning of the conference you will be provided a deliciously prepared buffet breakfast. Monday and Tuesday lunches are prepared by the award-winning chef Lydia Shire for you to enjoy while browsing the exhibit hall and talking with innovative vendors. Evenings are filled with technology tours of famous Boston sports venues and social networking events.
