Wayne Wichlacz
Information Technology Director

Wayne was hired as the first full-time computer professional for the Green Bay Packers in April of 1993 and has over 25 years in the Information Technology industry. Wayne guided planning and technology efforts through the 5 year Lambeau Field Renovation process with the grand opening on September 7, 2003. Wayne leads an IT Team of 9 people working to support the entire organization (football and business teams) and provide new technologies that drive new business opportunities and operational efficiencies.

Wayne is responsible for all technology within Lambeau Field and its buildings and fields including Game Day technologies (wireless, scoreboards, audio systems and communication systems).

Wayne is a Two Rivers, Wisconsin native and a graduate of University of Wisconsin-Green Bay in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Computer Science. After college, Wayne worked in Southern California for a small computer company in Irvine and then spent 8 years with McDonnell Douglas in Long Beach, California in the Flight Test department as a systems programmer.

Wayne and his wife, Jolene, have been married for 24 years and have four children, Stephanie (21), Alison (19), David (17), and Michael (14). Wayne enjoys reading, golf, family hikes, and local running events (including 5 marathons).
