Michael Morris
Chief Technology Officer
Michael Morris has recently been promoted to Chief Technology Officer after serving as the Vice President of Information Technology for Major League Baseball.
His responsibiliteis expand across infrstructure, support as well as e is responsible for all aspects of application development service delivery. Encompassing in Michael's role is business relationship management, architecture, and program management. In this role, Michael serves the Office of the Commissioner, a number of affiliated entities and partners, and the 30 Major League Baseball clubs.
Prior to joining Major League Baseball, Michael worked for PriceWaterhouseCoopers in their Management Consulting Services division providing project management and software delivery services to Fortune 500 Clients. Some of his select clients in this capacity include UPS, Renaissance Hotels, and Major League Baseball.
Before joining PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Michael worked for EDS is several industry segments including Government Services, Financial Services, and Transportation and Logistics. Michael successfully completed the EDS Systems Engineering Development Program and served in a number of software development, project management and team leadership roles. Some of his select clients in this role included the U.S. Department of Justice, Continental Airlines and Virgin Atlantic Airlines.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from James Madison University.
