John joined Tickets.com in 2008 and is responsible for managing Tickets.com's portfolio of products and projects by aligning business and product strategy. His product teams document requirements and ensure product launch readiness.
John also manages the Project Management Office which is responsible for managing the success of all enterprise-wide projects. He is a member of the executive team reporting directly to the CEO.
John has been working with technology for more than twenty years and prior to joining Tickets.com, he was Vice President of IT Infrastructure for Ameriquest and Citi Residential Lending where he ran the data center, network and systems infrastructure, operations and help desk teams.
John earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Cal Poly Pomona. He lives in Southern California with his wife and two sons, is an avid tri-athlete and recently completed his first Ironman.
