Chip Suttles
Director of Technology
In his current role as Director of Technology with Canucks Sports & Entertainment, Chip Suttles is responsible for all technology within the arena and for the organization.
This includes the hardware and software systems, the audio systems for the arena, and the broadcast technical components.
Recent projects that Chip has led at Rogers Arena have included the installation of multiple interactive exhibits working with ROGERS partnership, the introduction of Digital Signage, launching Canucks Intranet, and automation to wireless sales of the 50:50 program to increase sales of its fund raising program.
Suttles joined the Canucks after working for the Vancouver Organizing Committee for the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games (VANOC); his fourth time participating in the Olympic Games.
At VANOC, Suttles was the Director of Broadcast and prior to that had served in various technology roles from Director of the PMO to Venue Technology Manager in the planning through operations phases of the Olympic Games in Torino, Salt Lake City and Atlanta.
