
Dill is a strategic thinker who is always looking for effective ways to apply technology to help solve business problems, create new efficiencies and help the business personnel reach their business goals. Prior to working at the Trail Blazers Dill worked at Tektronix for 5 years in IT.
Projects of note over the years include; Project IT Lead for Rose Garden Arena construction (included the cable plant, networking, POS, servers, connectivity, etc), Onyx to MS CRM conversion, MS CRM 4.0 to 5.0, VOIP implementation to support sales and service, website development projects, ecommerce projects, ticketing system change over, digital signage project for menus and fan experiences, WIFI and DAS implementations, mobile phone apps, Microsoft Windows 7 early adopter.
Other projects of note include RFID ticketing, business intelligence, data warehouse, Sharepoint 2010, Exchange and Lync 2010.
Dill was recently given the “Oregon IT Executive of the Year Award” for private companies at the 2009 InnoTech CIO Summit. Within the IT community, Dill serves on numerous committees and leadership groups. Dill is also involved in many technology groups like SIM (Society for Information Management) and SEAT (Sports and Entertainment Alliance in Technology) and often is asked to speak on technology topics at conferences held around the country.

Christine Stoffel, a technology and business visionary, specifically across the entertainment industry, founded S.E.A.T. in 2007. Christine also serves as Vice President of Business Development & Strategic Alliances for D3 LED and A2D3 Sports.

Chris Dill is known across the industry to be a forward looking technologist and business person and has made a reputation for himself as a true technology leader and visionary. In addition to his role for S.E.A.T., Dill recently founded Chris Dill IT Sports Consulting.
Stoffel was the vice president of information technology for the Arizona Diamondbacks where she was instrumental in turning the ballclub into one of the more technologically forward sports franchises in the sports industry. Her achievements included brokering unique partnerships with technology stalwarts such as Dell, Nortel and Microsoft; and building a stable core network infrastructure in the ballpark that allowed the D-backs to deploy interactive wireless solutions for their fans.
Additionally, Stoffel has served as the vice president, information technology & strategic operations for the Phoenix Coyotes, overseeing all technology systems for the Coyotes, Arizona Sting lacrosse team and Jobing.com Arena. She has held numerous positions with other Phoenix-based companies, including senior IT manager/acting director with Caremark RX, the nation’s premier integrated pharmacy services provider.
Stoffel also founded the Sports and Entertainment Alliance in Technology Consortium (S.E.A.T.), now in its sixthyear, which offers technology, marketing, sales and operations executives innovative networking and communication channels to focus on everyday and industry-unique challenges facing sports teams, along with creating a foundation to tackle the latest technologies and newest challenges through the cooperation and the leveraging of shared knowledge and strategies.
